HERE'S THE PROCESS...

ONE // FIND YOUR CHARM

Once you've chosen YOUR event date, contact us with these details and a list of the rental items desired so that we may check availability of items for your date and send a customized proposal.

 

The items in your proposal will be reserved for you free of charge for 7 days after you receive your proposal. After the 7 days, a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable deposit on the rental total is needed to reserve your items and secure your date, or the reservation will expire. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.

 

We recommend reserving our pieces as soon as possible, as quantities are limited for one-of-a-kind vintage items. The rental period is for 24 hours.

We are always adding to our inventory, so if there is a specific item you do not see, contact us and we will do our best to track it down. If it is an item we are interested in adding to our inventory, there is no charge for your custom search (other than the regular rental fee).

TWO // DELIVER THE CHARM

We are located in Hamilton Ohio, BETWEEN CINCINNATI AND DAYTON. We deliver within a 40-mile radius of our location. We are always willing to consider deliveries outside of that radius on a case by case basis. Delivery is available for a rental minimum of $500.  Delivery fees start at $175 and will increase based on the amount of furniture and delivery distance.

The delivery charge is based on distance, event details, and type and size of the order, THIS includes basic setup and retrieval of items. Will-call/Pick up is determined on a case by case basis.

THREE // THE CHARMING DETAILS

WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU TO FINALIZE THE DETAILS.

You can add or replace items at any time, as long as the item is available.  Items can be replaced at equal or greater value, however, not eliminated.

ONE MORE STEP...

FOUR // SOME LEGAL STUFF

We know that our items sometimes get a little too much love, so a mandatory non-refundable 10% cleaning & maintenance fee is added to every delivery order. This covers normal wear & tear on our collection, but does not cover gross negligence – such as damage caused by children with sharpies (eeeek!) or pieces not protected from inclement weather.

Vintage china, please gently scrape/rinse china free of food debris and place back into original containers.
